About
At Westwick Management, we believe every artist is unique — and so is their journey. Our approach is completely tailored to each artist’s vision, goals, and working style, helping them build sustainable, authentic careers that truly reflect who they are.
Founded and run by Emma Wiggin, Westwick Management specialises in supporting artists within the rock and alternative scenes — helping bands with a DIY mentality grow from grassroots venues to major stages. With over 12 years of experience in artist management, Emma combines hands-on industry expertise with a passion for creativity, community, and authenticity.
After facing her own challenges with an autoimmune illness and disability, Emma became a dedicated advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in the music industry. In 2022, she joined Attitude Is Everything’s Future Leaders Programme, which launched her ongoing work as a disability advocate, public speaker, and podcast guest, sharing her story to inspire others and promote diversity across the creative sector.
In addition to artist management, Emma provides access support for funding applications and works as a freelance Funding Assessor for Youth Music, helping artists and organisations strengthen their projects and access vital resources to grow their work.
Previously, Emma was part of the European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA) Rock and Metal Team, where she worked to connect and support rock and metal managers across Europe. Through this experience, she recognised the need for a stronger, more united community with greater opportunities for artists and industry professionals alike — leading her to co-found the Rock and Metal Alliance (RMA).
Today, as co-founder of the Rock and Metal Alliance, Emma continues to champion inclusivity, education, and collaboration within the rock and metal community. RMA’s mission is to build a global network that empowers artists, managers, and industry professionals to thrive through shared knowledge, mutual support, and creative opportunity.
Across all areas of her work, Emma’s mission remains clear: to champion underrepresented voices, remove barriers to opportunity, and build a stronger, more inclusive future for the music industry.
